I don't have the number, but he refinished my cue and didn't touch the shafts. He said they were too old and they were "dead". Needless to say the job was very expensive and took WAY longer than he promised. I was wild when I got it back without the shafts being slicked up. So I asked Bill about new shafts. He said they were $350 (with ivory ferrules) so as to discourage people from ordering them, and that he really didn't want to make them. He's a piece of work. Combine that with the fact that he went to China and taught them at the Lucasi plant how to set up their CNC machines and I personally have no use for him. YMMV...Tom
