The OB-2 shaft doesnt match exactly due to Judd using different shades of tan. This was not an acident as stated by Judd. He further stated that he ran out of the original tan that he used and what was sent to him didn't match his old stock. He went on to explain that in the process of making the linene phenolic that a couple flaws with linen phenolic is its dirt spots and inconsistent shade from reel to reel. There are also a couple chips in the finish on the edges of one of the maple shafts and in the OB-2 shaft.
