Jump/break tip identification

Bought a break cue used. I am trying to identify this tip, it looks to be pre shaped with little circles cut in it to hold chulk previous owner doesn't know. Thanks

It dose look similar to the icebreaker. However the photos online of the icebreaker does not have the round grooves like the one I have.

The tip does have a circular pattern in it, however the layers and how translucent the material is looks different. On Cyborg also makes a similar orange tip as does Taom.

I think it is either a Tiger Icebreaker, Taom or orange bake lite? I know several cue makers that cut those circle patterns in their jump tips.

I'm thinking it's the bakelite with rings cut in it. Thanks everyone for the replies.

I've had the ice breaker. And them grooves in the tip is very simular.
