What is generally considered the best (hardest?) jump cue tip used today?

My question would be, why is the hardest tip the best? I think the white diamond tip jumps as good as anything else and it's on the softer side of break/jump tips.

An update there is needed, the G2 tips are pretty popular but not listed and neither is the White Diamond.

Lots of newer tips are not on this list. I don't see any Taom's, Kamui Sai's and a few others
