Jump cue

shoping for new jump cue
Mezz air shooter V.S Lomax jump cue

need some idea.
give me you review on it please.

I've used the lomax and personally didn't care for it. I also tried a predator air and oddly enough I always go back to my poison jump cue. It's sorta been old faithful for me. While it may not be the best looking cue you can't beat function over fashion

I've tried the tadpole, scorpion, lucasi, predator, and the outlaw. I ended getting the outlaw, not only did I like the feel of it the price was very low. I also like the simplistic look of it.

I've had the Lomax and the Mezz jump cue and honestly you can't go wrong with either one.

They both jump effortlessly and with great control.

I'm 6'2" though so I have to say that I like the Lomax better. The extension makes all the difference in the world.

I've been using a Lomax jump cue for about 5 years now.

Definetly the lomax.I have 2 of them and they are the best I`ve used.
I would consider selling one of them. It is ebony with white joints.

Lomax for me.

Mezz is great too.

I'd also put the Jacoby jump cue up there with the extension.

Jump Cue

Check Hanshew Jump Cues I know his are Just as good as Lomax's A few Pro's have hunted James down to Buy one of his cues. My.02

I am currently using a Mezz Airshooter, which I have played with for almost a year now.

I love how easy it is to jump, but honestly, I cannot control the cue ball as much as I want to.

Previously, I was using a 1st gen Bunjee jump break, out of which i got fantastic control of the cue ball, on top of it being easy to jump as well.
The mezz jumos easy, but I cannot put enough draw, or english on my jump shots.

that being said, I have never shot with a Lomax jump cue, but I am dying to try one out. I'm constantly looking out for a lomax jumper which I can buy to try out.

Hope it helps~!

I agree those poison jump cues are effortless performers.. Tony Fargo was using one last year for a while and he let me check his out during a tournament. If it's good enough for that guy it should work fine for anyone. Tony was inducted into the hall of fame last year (for banks I think)..

Try to pick up a James Hanshew if you can. With the purpleheart shafts it lays in your bridge hand better because it's more forward weighted
