Hello.
My friend put his Cuetec Propel jump cue butt inside a JB case and the handle of jump cue goesall way down in the case.
Is the interior extractable?
How can he extract the jump handle?
Case is a rugged JB, 4x8, made in 2023.

Thank you.

Yes:

Tell your friend to search the pockets of his case for a "rubber grip sleeve", which can be used to extract a short butt from the case. Unbeknownst to me, both my JB cases came with one of those sleeves, and I found them at the bottom of one of the pockets.

My sleeves are a little different than in the video. The sleeves that came with my cases are made of black polyester, and they have a loop on the open end. You can put the short butt into the sleeve and push it into one of the slots, then you can hang the loop around an adjacent shaft or butt. To extract the short butt, you unhook the loop from the adjacent shaft or butt and pull the sleeve up and out of the slot.

I assume it's pin down, but if it's pin up, just screw the shaft on and pull it out.

I was using doing this, had my Tengu Butt in a drawstring sleeve, and had the drawstrings tied out of the top in reach. Now I am using a 3seconds case, and just stick it in the front pocket.

Once he gets it out, pvc pipe makes for a great spacer. Just did that for my Air Rush on my King case with a JB 2x5/3x4 interior. 1/2” pvc pipe cut to 6.5” length and then wrapped in the little sleeve that came with the shaft on the Air Rush. Now it sits at the exact height of my playing and breaking butts.

Once you get it out, Predator Shafts come with a polyester sleeve I use one to keep my sport handle break cue from getting stuck, works really good.

Polyester sleeve is a good option, but at the moment he need to get the handle out.
I saw the video about interior, but wanted a confirmation, maybe somebody did that on a newer JB case.

Stick a stainless rod down the side and dig it out. Maybe two rods connected with twine or monofilament on the far ends.

Cut a hole in the bottom of the case and knock it out with a broom handle.
Don't do what I did though , I saw the thing was stuck in the tube right in front of me , then flipped the case over and cut a hole right in front of me to get it out, that was the wrong hole, it will be on the opposite side, Now I got 2 holes in the bottom of my case .
