I'm looking at two different lightweight cues jump/break cues. A Jester G10 assault (14 oz), and lightning bolt (12 oz). Does anyone have experience with both and could compare which jumps best full cue? Thanks in advance...

Full cue jumps are tricky, it was unorthodox for me to learn to jump full cue.... It kinda aginst your logic of shooting a legal shot....
Either cue you mentioned should be good.

I've seen a guy or two jump with house cues..... Blew my mind and wanted to learn.... I still can't pull it off like the good guys... a jump/ break cue will have a upper hand.

Jester cue

I had the Jester and could jump a full ball a diamond away on a 9ft. I just can't seem to get a good break with a 14oz cue so I sold it to a friend at about half of what I paid for it. I seen with my own eyes, the drill sergeant jump a ball with the small handle and it was a credit card width apart! Took him about 4 tries, but he did it.
