Rack'ems Handicapped 9-Ball Open

Players will be ranked from an A++ to a B Status
Games on the wire.....

Example!
If playing and A++

Winners bracket
A+ = go to 6
A = go to 5
B+ = go to 4
B = go to 3

Losers Bracket
A+ = go to 6
A = go to 5
B+ = go to 4
B = go to 3

If an A Plays and A etc..... it's a race to 7 in the winners and 7 in the losers

$40 Entry (no green fees)
Over 100 % Payback
9-Ball (Limit 64 Players)
Alternate Breaks
Red Circle Cue Ball
Race to 7 Winners side
Race to 7 Losers side
12 8ft tables
Calcutta (100% Payback)
Full Bar

Registration Starts on the day of the tournament at 10:00 AM
Calcutta at 12:00
Tournament Immediately after the Calcutta

June 30th Is Next Months Tournament!
 
Hey rackem... have you had any problems dealing with people coming up to you and say, "He's not a B but a A++", etc. etc.

Im thinking of hosting a tournament in July and getting some feedback on the handicapp issue.

If I don't know someone and there not on my players list they start off as an A....Then their handicap is adjusted if need be based on their results.
 
the schools have a system... A, B, C. and they know what rank their in.

im make a big tournament to where A, B, and C players play together.

A race to 9, B goes to 7, and C goes to 5. Thats the handicapp. What do you think?
 
I think the lowest you can be ranked is a B. :p

I consider myself a C player, but I'd probably be ranked a B+/A for this tournament.
