Just for fun

I got this cue from a custom cuemaker several years ago. You guess who made it :) No prize. Just the knowledge that you are "King of the lab" as they say in the tv show Bones. It is one of a kind and was used to demonstrate the different stains used. It traveled to many shows. You may have actually seen this cue in person. I do not have a shaft for it yet. Lets have some fun.

"King of the lab!" well the only one so far. lots of lookers though. lol. Yep it's a Schuler. I spent a lot of time in Ray's shop. His wife called this cue "The Fuzzy Cue". I asked Ray to make me one several times. I assume it was a pain in the ass to make because he said he would never make another one. After Ray passed away, his wife sold the business and the new owner sold me the cue. I am also assuming Mrs. Schuler put in the good word for me with the new owner. Any Schuler shaft will fit, but it was made a tad oversized so a custom schuler shaft would have to be made for it so it would be flush. But I will never play with it anyway. It means way to much to me. Very good identifying the maker. Had to be the joint... Dang.

Jeeze!

I guess I am late....I would have said Schuler too...the pin and pilot are a dead give-away. I certainly looks like any Schuler shaft would fit.
