Quite true..anyway not to thwart the thread with too much cabbage..the designer must prove the element of 'copying', in this case the cuecase design, that the alleged infringer has/had actually copied his/her works..but by looking at the pictures we can't really tell who copied who..crosseyedjoe said:However you can not patent a beautiful design, you can only patent an innovative(structural) design.
