Barton challenged me to play Barton first and I accepted and the thread got deleted by a moderator.
Barton then challenged me to play Chris Bartrum and I accepted and made a thread and excepted as long as Barton kept his word to put up all the money.
So there you go 2 matches not 1 match.
I wanna play and can post whatever amount of money for these matches as long as they are equal bets.
My post money I will fly to las vegas the 1st of next week and drop off with Mark Griffin and Barton can do the same by wire transfer or one of his friends for the first match against himself or both matches at the same time.
What else is missing here.Oh a table to play on,the rules and a referee.No problem Im sure Mark Griffin can set all that up and I know everyones money is 100 % secure with him as his is about the most important person in American pool.

Yes I did offer a round robin format because it was the offer to barton and figured it would be good to play Chris the same way however Barton did say any game so I just want to bet with Barton but I know your an action guy so maybe you can bet when I play Barton with someone but I doubt anyone will put their money on him except himself.
As for me and Bartum you might find a few people that would be willing to bet something on me and Chris playing the straight pool races but he is probably the favorite don't you think so.

The difference here is Jack Justis has never asked any Professional Player to carry his case as every Professional player has asked him to make them a case.As for you shirts you would have to ask players to wear them and im sure they would never do it unless you asked them to wear them and paid them also.

I got involved for a reason, to bust assumptions. In the sneaker thread the premise was that New Balance shoes are made in the USA. But it turns out that 75% of their shoe production is NOT made in the USA and of the remaining 25% the whole shoe is also NOT made in the USA, in fact a critical component, the soles of the shoes are imported from China.
Just like a Justis case where 50% of the case, the ACTUAL case part of the case, is also made in China. Something you and Joe Van Buren conveniently and consistently gloss over every time you attempt to wrap yourselves in the flag and use the Made in USA marketing tactic.
For the protection video nothing was busted because nothing was claimed. It is a video that shows what is happening in interiors with three levels of protection and in ours in 12 fall tests ours is clearly superior and in one the cues might have touched for a 1400th of second. Contrasted by the crashing, vibrating, banging, and moving the cues do in the other two generic interiors.
Lastly, your offer to play. It's very simple Bobby, you offered to play Chris Bartrum for $20,000 if I back it. You made a huge post about it and I accepted your offer with the condition that you post the money with a neutral party. People in the industry that I do business with are not neutral parties I will not involve them in anything like this. As a self-proclaimed industry veteran you ought to know the reason for this. You can try all you like to squirm out of it but no one forced you to offer to play Chris. Joe Van Buren: I am sorry that I did not respond professionally to your comments. Where I have been out of line and met your insults with more personal attacks I am truly sorry for that.
Jack Justis: No matter what I think about how you slighted me I had no grounds to wage an all-out campaign against you. We make leather bags not nuclear missiles. Again, I am very sorry about my actions towards you.
Bobby Chamberlain: I apologize for going after you. You were only defending your friend and I wrapped you up in the general animosity I was feeling. I should have responded to your comments professionally and courteously.

I meant and mean every word I said. But I still am not immune the seemingly incessant attacks and outright lies.
I guess I can't understand Allen why you don't take a stand on the heinous personal insults slung my direction and the outright lies. As someone who has promoted himself to be a stickler for the rules of the forum you seem to be very selective about who those rules should apply to. You don't apply them to yourself and don't call out those who attack me when they indeed break the rules.
For example, your participation right now in this thread is another form of harassment yet you break the rules with impunity.
You are part of the reason more industry people and professional players don't like AZB. I happen to be one industry person who would like to be here and have normal quality discussions about pool and my products and other industry topics that I have some knowledge of. But what I get, partially my fault of course for not being "professional", is trolls and hecklers who disrupt normal conversation. And when I stand up for myself they come back even harder because they, like you, simply have nothing to lose by saying whatever it will take to put me on tilt.
Contrary to what you wrote, I sincerely doubt that you meant any of what you said. A person's actions should always speak louder than the words they say. You've said that you are in the business of building leather cases not nuclear missiles. Yet you've been engaging in a thermo-nuclear war against anyone who disagrees with you, as shown by the partial list below of other posters you've fought with over the years:

Monstermash (sorry don't know your name): I am sorry that I took personal offense at your actions and went on the offensive against you. You deserved a professional and courteous response to anything you said and did rather than a heated and emotional over the top one.
Snipershot: I have no idea what it is I that I did that made you threaten to kill me but I apologize for whatever I said to you that caused that reaction.
Craig Rittel: We have long resolved our differences but I still owe you a public apology for the level of argument that I took it to.
Michael Lalumiere: Although I unfortunately still harbor some major resentment against you I want to apologize for allowing myself to escalate our fights to unreasonable levels.
Eric Hu: I am sorry that I didn't just let your comments slide and took them personally. I should be tougher and not take your ribbing to heart.
Dave Wilson: Your job is tough and I apologize for making it tougher.
As part of making your apology sincere, you need to take full responsibility for YOUR actions and stop trying to rationalize your behavior and blame others for your actions.
The next time you feel the urge to launch into another tirade and rant, try to take a deep breath and let it go.
