Let me set some background first.
At VNEA Jr Nationals I won one mini and was runner up in two minis. I received a cue and two soft cases. I really had to use for these items so I decided to keep my eye out for a young shooter without a pool case. My mom found a young kid without a case and she gave it to him. I met him later that night and he even shook my hand. The feeling I got from this was better than any other tournament.
I checked my email the other day to find a nice message from Jack Justis. Mr. Justis heard about the story and decided to repay me by giving me the chance to try out a new Justis West case. What goes around comes around is really true.
Now to the case...
I received the medium brown 2x4 Justis West case. The leather was very smooth and new looking. The rivets and leather pattern really makes the case a beauty. The handles and shoulder straps are all very comfortable feeling. The bottom of the case is held off of the ground by 4 plastic pieces that will help make the case last a long time. The two pockets are very spacious and useful. I found it very exciting to find that my jump cue butt easily fits in the big pocket unlike some other cases. The interior of the case is well padded with separate sections for each shaft and butt. All in all this case is a beautiful case that will last me a lifetime. This is basically a custom Jack Justis without the "custom".
