I havea kamui black soft. Is it supposewd to have a red ring at the bottom? I saw this in a pic and it was labeled as a KBS but mine doent have any red.

Kamui Black tips do not have any red ring. Poison Sarin tips have a red section which is supposed to indicate when the tip needs replacement.

Here's a Kamui Black soft tip and a Poison Sarin tip:

Many times (and particularly on cues with ivory ferrules) a red (or black) fiber pad is installed prior installing the tip. The fiber pad serves to cushion the ivory ferrule from impacts on shots that require a hard hit.
