Anyone know anything about Kenny Chen? He the nearest BCA certified instructor to where i live and i'm thinking about trying some lessons from him. He charges $40/hr. is that a average rate?

I've been in the same position. Have you tried asking around the local pool halls. Asking some of the more well known players in your area. I guess that all depends on how far away he is.

BCA Certified Instructors are not the only way to go around Kitch. & the GTA. When I wanted lessons I went to a good player and that really helped my game. I paid around $50.00 for 2 hour lessons due to the 1.5 hrs I had to drive to get them.

Easy to find a excellent player not far from your area as well as in your area. The house pro at Kenny's place I have heard is a good choice also.

If you are willing to travel to toronto, there is some very strong players wko give good lessons/............some are at shooters on monday nites........i beleive john jorgenson gives good lessons for a reasonable price......he has a vast knowledge of the game.............good luck
