email them too me. i will try then tell you what to do
 
are you taking them with your cell phone or a digital camera? i think you have to change the settings in your camera. then retake pics
 
your uploading 'thumbnails' instead of the actual pics....
Thumbnails will be in the single to low double digit kilobytes ranges. Proper pics will be anywhere from a couple hundred kb to single digit mb in size.
