Hi Kerry,

First, let me say that I enjoy your column on AZB. You probably don't remember me, but we used to play quite a few of the same tournaments around the Atlanta, Chattanooga, Nashville, Greenville, SC areas around 12 or 14 years ago. When Floyd Baxter, Soni Ashley, and some others were running tournaments back then. There were always mens and ladies events at the same poolrooms on the same weekends. It was great back then. Full tournaments and non-stop action. It's still good in the area, but not like a few years ago.

You got married, I see (I think it used to be Hartsfield), but how did you ever get out to Seattle? I always had you figured for a Southern girl, born and bread. I always thought you were from Alabama or somewhere close.

I'm glad to see you are playing again. I always admired your game (and heart). Good luck working your way back to the top of the heap.

WOW!! How did I miss this thread? (I'm blushing, guys!!) Gee, the things you miss when you're out of town for a couple of weeks.... Mike, I have to admit your name isn't really ringing a bell, but I'd bet if I saw you I'd remember you. I sure miss the Deep South, and the tournaments were definitely awesome! You're right that I'm from Alabama, but I wasn't born there. I moved out here for two reasons, one of which is the usual when it isn't work-related (boyfriend); the other is because it's just so beautiful up here! Anyway, thanks for the compliments, both of you! And hopefully I'll see you around if I get back on tour.

hi, we actually met in Vegas at the BCA, back in 1999 i believe, when it was at the top of the Riviera, in the Penthouse. your very beautiful, i would really enjoy seeing you back as a WPBA regular.

Thank you for the kind words!! It would be nice to play pro again. I remember that tournament, the only BCA Vegas I played.....I've attended a couple as a spectator since then, though. Maybe someday I'll see you again at an event! :)
