Joint is ivory sleeved, butt, ferrules, all points

3 long floating points in forearm and butt, with double smaller points in between in forearm and butt. Blue opal teardrop dots inlayed between the points
Double silver deco rings at joint collars
Shaft 1- 4.0 with 1? ferrule, 29 3/8?
Shaft 2- 4.0 with ?? ferrule, 29 ??

as of last year he still was....
there was no CNC on this cue. It was all done by hand. TON of ivory in this puppy, and it's damn pretty and the shafts are super tight grained and probably even a little over 13mm. plays rock solid.

not positive but probably made 4-5 years ago. Kevin tried getting bigger but his market is mainly in his home area and playing cues more than anything.
