Leather wrap is perfect and was installed by Mr Fanelli. Best leather wrap job I’ve seen, seamless and nicely textured. If you haven't tried a Kikel, you're in for a treat. It plays well and both fit and finish are excellent. The Joint pin area is smooth and the finish in the bumper area is super clean as well.
Regarding straightness, I don't notice anything (except for non playing shaft) from rolling it and looking down from above, but with an eagle eye and looking from the side, this was what I found. There is movement in both shafts and the butt. I rolled the butt and looked underneath it for any gaps between the table and the cue. I did notice a very small variance in the forearm. The playing shaft has a small variance in the middle and the non playing shaft has one that is a little more noticeable than the other shaft. Despite these findings, the cue still plays great. I have no problems with it as a playing cue whatsoever and I believe that others will feel the same. Money back guarantee if you're not happy.
