Had a look at a few of the streams and spotted Lee Van Corteza in action and a match just finishing between Rodney Morris and Jeffrey Ignacio. The streams there have had issues recently with buffering and dropping out but they are free.

According to the commentator the matches at starbilliards were qualifiers. Stream still is still up with the semi finals going now at 4:55AM PST / 7:55AM.
