I just wanted to thank KJ for the time that he took out of his busy day building cues and shafts for me to stop in his shop. Even going to his other location and playing some pool.
I purchased a used KJ cue from here a few months back, it is my first custom cue. I haven't played too much over the years and when I did it was just at a friends house and bars. I wanted to get back into it and with this cue I feel that I jumped in with both feet. I first pm KJ about the cue when I purchased it and was informed that he his shop was a few hours away from me if I had any more questions. He was kind enough to take some time out of his busy schedule to have me visit. I wanted to pick his brain about this cue and see if I could purchase a second shaft for it. He said that the cue was still in perfect condition and that his other location had a few shafts that I might like, also has the pool table to try them out. So we headed over and played for a couple hours. I did end up finding a second shaft and KJ gave me a good deal on it, like I got on the cue itself he ending up telling me.
So I just wanted to thank KJ for a great cue and a great time. He is a good person to shoot the breeze with while listening to great music and really handed me my a** in 9 ball.
Now to just scrap up some money to get a break cue from him and I'll be set.
