I have only been there once, late at night.
Not sure where you are located, but the Varsity Club in Oshkosh is a great place with great food and both 7' & 9' diamonds.

KK Billiards is under new ownership and the place is getting cleaned up.
The bathrooms have been completely remodeled, tons of cleaning, all the tables have new felt (last week and this week) and much more!
I know it has had a bad reputation in the past, but I highly recommend checking it out again.
