I don't know what the overall record is. They haven't met a lot, because Kaçi is only about 19 years old. But I'm aware of the following matches; perhaps someone else can add to the list.
Jan. 2018, Joy World Chinese 8-Ball Masters -- SVB won 10-9 in a shootout.
July 2018, US Open 10-Ball -- SVB won 9-6
July 2018, US Open 8-Ball -- Kaçi won 8-4
Sept. 2018, Kremlin Cup 10-Ball -- Kaçi won 8-4
Sept. 2018, Eurotour Leende Open 9-Ball -- SVB won 9-8
They met in World Pool Masters (maybe twice)
Are you sure it was the World Pool Masters? i don't think Kaci has been invited to play in it yet.
That is correct; Kaçi has not played in the World Pool Masters.

SVB has only played in Darren's events once, Rasson 10-Ball Championship, which Joshua Filler won. He lost to the Pinoys (Dennis Orcullo & James Aranas). Didn't draw Kaci.
