Knock Off Cues?

Another poster was asking about a Muecci cue he has and someone responded that there were a lot knock-offs of Muecci cues.

I also have read here on AzB about Adam Cues having knock-offs.

I bought two Adam Cue's and noticed some sloppy work around the notched diamonds and off center MOP dots.

Is this normal with older Adam Cues?
