Per their Facebook post on 10/21:
"no, unfortunately there is no live stream"
Months back they had stated the following. Wonder if these TV channels have a stream?
"The Kuwait Open 9-Ball Championship will be live streamed by KOZOOM as well as live TV coverage on KTV3 Sports Channel and KTV3 Sports+. "
