Not yet. SVB and Filler are proven champions in extremely tough international fields and consistently beat world class players in tournaments and money games. Not saying the kid isn't great, but he hasn't really accomplished anything outside of beating some other well-known pinoys on his home turf. He's super young though so he could probably get there if he stays dedicated. Pure skill-wise, maybe he's on the level but the results are what matters and he doesn't have them yet.
I guess once he shows up at a big event he'll have all possibilities to make a statement. In this sport one of the best and objective ways to measure what a certain player is capable - looking at his results in competitions on a certain level. Otherwise it's a funny question.
