new shaft?

is that a new flat laminated shaft? i thought the laminated shafts were 5 pie shaped segments?
 
No not flat, it is Mikes Pie shaped shaft. Its hard to tell cause he uses such clean wood.

It is pie laminated. The 5 pie was his first run and now it has evolved. It looks flat laminated from that pic but if you actually have it in your hands you'll understand. This new LD shaft is awesome. And that's an understatement. I've used popular brands in the past and didn't like the feel and feedback. This hits like a one piece shaft. But with built in cheating. Great feedback, sound, and consistency. Just spoke to Mike and he said he'll be offering this shaft to the entire world. You call him and tell him what pin you got and he'll match them to his LD shaft.

To OP: Good luck with sale. Great price with 3 shafts and Ultra Joint. Can't go wrong here players!

Yep it is the 5 pie shaped lam. and they do play amazing! Mike def knows his sh!t about cues. That is great if he is going to make shafts for everyone!! Thanks for the kind words....
