Hi all,
I just took on trade this beautiful Lambros cue:

I can only tell you whoever doesn't play with Mike's cues is missing a lot.

I'm trying to get some help with the joint, the way it is made is surely one of the reasons Lambros cues play so well but it's too difficult to attach the shaft to the butt, in the final turns you really have to put quite an effort in order to have the shaft pilot fit.

Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Petros

This is normal . A tight compression fit is designed to lock the shaft into the butt. If you feel it is to tight try using some good paste wax on the shaft tennon (not the joint taper) work it back and forth and it might free up some. If not please send it back i'll be glad to adjust it for you.

Thank you sir for replying! I have sent you an email regarding this and an order I would like to place. Maybe the email address mentioned at your site is not functional anymore, anyway I have also sent email to Martin of Superior cues about it.
I would like to be in touch with you about ordering, please email me at:
petrosandrikopoulos@yahoo.com
in order for me to describe what I want. If you work only through Martin for orders here that's fine too.
Looking forward to your reply!
Petros
