Hello, new to the forum.
Have a question abought a Joss I bought about 1988.
Used to work in a pool hall in the late 80s in Maryland. Bought it off a pool player. Used it, along with my McDermott D-15, then about a year or so later I bought a Timmy Scruggs sneaky pete. Used that basically exclusively ever since. Except for some occasional use, basically been in a pool case for 30 years.
Can anyone identify the model? Or know the value?
A thread on this site identifies it as 1988 # 14. That cue looks like exactly like this one, except it has a Joss mark on the butt collar and the shafts.
I have the original 2 shafts plus 2 more I had Scruggs make when i bought my sneaky pete. They are about an inch longer with a pro taper. Benefit of living in MD - Joss and Scruggs were about 30 minutes away.
Have not played with it in years until today. Butt and shafts are straight. Very good condition. Some chips in the finish on the shaft collars.
Thanks
