I bought a Taig lathe and started buying the parts to make it larger, (larger bed and headstock) It came with the Taig headstock and pulleys and such. I was told that I need the o-ring style belt from Unique Products for these style pulleys. I looked on Unique and found quite a few of them. I have the larger stylr motor that won;t be close to the headstock so I will need a longer o-ring belt. My question is, when these belts specify sizes like, XS, S, MED, L, does the mean the thickness of the belt or the length of the belt? Pics below of my pulley. I contacted Chris Hightower but, he does not sell these types of belts. Thank you for your help, Ron
