Lathe info please

This lathe is for sale locally. I have never seen the mechanism that is holding the tools nor do I know what it can do. The only thing the owner knows is that it says Sherline on the motor and that is it. I didn't know if Sherline ever made cue lathes. I didn't know if there are replacement parts for this lathe or if they made a carriage slide for it. Any and all help is appreciated. They are asking $400 for it.
If I am not mistaken I believe that is the original design for Porpers mini repair lathe.

I'm pretty sure that is one of Porpers tip shapers laying in the background on the table in the first pic and it's mounted in the tailstock in the 4th pic.
It's an old Porper. They just came with sherline motors. It was Mostly used in pool halls to work on house cues from what I know of them, but some used or made drives to do 2 piece cues, and It may have had other functions as well. The tailstock basically works as a carraige, so to speak. The tool in the first picture is what You would use to turn tenons, face ferrules etc., but You are limited to the travel of the tailstock. The other tool with the ball on the handle is a radius tool for tips. The lathe doesn't have a jawed chuck. It uses a Brass compression style closer with a delrin collet to hold the cue.
