I guess you could use something like that.
Might take a lot of tooling to set it up for cue work.
Dont know anyone that has used one so you might be the first.

Here's the problems I see. Spindle isn't fast enough and not sure how accurate the lead screws are. Dovetail ways are probably somewhat sloppy on a rig like that one. Don't think it will do what you what.
