League Score Sheets, Best of Practices

I am involved with designing a league record keeping sheet. It is a
partners league. The sheet would be filled out by both teams and
signed by both captains.

It captures the matches and indicates the money collected, which
there are several. It captures Players names, table runs, matches
won and lost, week, and various fees collected.

I would appreciate seeing a few record keeping or score sheets
along this line to incorporate a better design.

Or hearing described such concepts.

Helpful suggestions. :D

i actually think the apa score sheet is simple to use and has all of those needs. hit up the poolplayers.com website and you can look at them there

APA sheets are pre printed when they arrive the players names.

That is an issue, as the captains fill out everything including their
and the opponents players names, and results.

The money seemed clearer, but we have one team mail in
everything including a check for both teams.

I am trying to simplify things. It is a traveling league.

you can print out the sheets a head of time without player names. ;)

edit: i dont see a problem with the money. write in at the bottom how much each is putting in the envelope and sign it.

The one big thing I see missing with the APA scoring, that may very well help determining real ability and skill, is to track ball-in-hands in a match...

Good luck with it.
