Do you ever dissect any of the top players games to really see what they are doing? How and why they aim and stroke certain ways. Some do totally different things and some do almost exactly the same things. Match play on DVD's can tell you a lot if you really, really look.

We just finished filming Nick Varner and Buddy Hall doing walk throughs on 8 Ball, Nine ball, One pocket and Straight pool. Nick ran over 100 in straight pool while explaining his shot selection and patterns. They also did specialty shots and saftey play.
I believe these DVD's are going to be very helpful. I know I learned a few tricks myself.
I am working on editing now and hope to be ready in a month or so.

pool101, I think when it comes to legends like these, they are not afraid to really show you something special, because they have already made their mark in pool history. It is always good to here your opinion on something randyg, because I know you have been around the pool block a time or two, so you know what works, and what does not.
