Can a leather wrap be reused after its been removed from a cue?

Can a leather wrap be reused after its been removed from a cue?

It would be like regluing a tip that fell off but only much worse.
You probably could but I wouldn't want it on my cue. I doubt it would lookor feel good.

If the leather wrap was 'properly' installed, it's removal will all but destroy the original for re-use. Sorry.
