LED Light Height

Anyone have experience on the best height to hang a 2x4 LED light over a 9' table?

A local room has them 4' above the slate over their 7' tables, and they are great, but not sure if the same height is best for a 9 footer.

I have my lite set at 39 inches . I was told that is the proper
height ..
Sounded good to me . The light is great ....

Mine you can start at 55 inches from the table bed

My own is at 60 inches, with a frame, and on my 10ft billiard table

Hung mine at 56", works great. High enough to not give any interference and very bright.

I have a low ceiling at ~98". Have a 2x4 at 53" above a 9ft table bed. Haven't ran the wires yet though.

2 Lights

If you could see our pool rooms lights at Rusty's in Ft. Worth, you would hang 2 lights above your 4 1/2 x 9.

Looks like exact same height as old lights were.

Can give the diamond lights the 7 and 8.

Thanks for the responses. I will aim for around 56" or so. This has been valuable - because I would have probably gone with 48" (as at the pool hall over the 7' tables). It makes sense (and why I asked) that you would go higher with more surface area to light.
