This tourney promoted by Allen Hopkins is (hopefully) shaping up to be a killer! Efren! Busta! The Lion! Archer, Peach, Boening!!! Ya gotta check out some players slated to toss in their $5200 to give it a shot. How about Player #100 on the list? Fast Eddy Felson - man, that would be a serious comeback! Or, what an incredible upset it would be if player #110 took the crown! I hear he still has a helluva punch shot.
Obviously some humor is hitting up the "interested players" list. But seriously - what's the word on this tourney? I hadn't noticed any banter on this. What's the expectations? A million $ payout? TV coverage? Could this be the tourney of the decade? Jay - I know you know the ins - what's the scoop? Do spill.
