LEGIT BSCP ELECTS SEBASTIAN CHUA AS NEW PRESIDENT

The Billiards & Snooker Congress of the Philippines elected Sebastian Chua as its new President in its General Membership Meeting and Board Election held on April 29 in Quezon City. Others elected were: Yen Makabenta (Chairman), Carlos Santos-Viola (Secretary-General), Edgar Acaba (Executive Vice President) and Emmanuel Argonza (Spokesman & Public Relations Officer).

Sorry I might be mistaken, Isn't the Yen Makabenta guy the one that they just ousted? Or is that a common name in Philippines?
