So, in an attempt to determine what we may have been missing, in preparation for a report on The 5th Annual Dave Rogers Memorial that its capital city, Cheyenne, hosted this past weekend at the Red Lion Hotel (Feb. 14-16), we set out on a bit of a search to discover its ‘place’ in the pool community.
