Sneak Peak At The First Sly Exotic ...
Well as I have been updating you I have been telling you the cues are getting closer and closer to being done ... Sly sent me pictures of the first one in line , he glued it together today and asked me to post it for y'all to see how these are coming along ... This one is Ebony to Tulipwood handle back to ebony forearm... With tulipwood ring work at points A,B,C,D & E and a 3/8 10 brass ring ... THIS CUE IS NOT FINISHED ... It is still oversized and needs to be taken down some more .. it needs to be sanded and sealed and the finish has not been applied yet when it is this cue will be smooth as silk and shine like glass ... It also needs the wieght bolt and bumper installed and two shafts made for it ... This is just a rough look at the first cue in this line , Sly wanted me to get it posted so that all of you that have been following this thread can get a look and a idea of how these are going to look and how they are coming along ... It won't be long now... Remember each cue will be different with different wood combinations and ring work... Sly told me he will put mine together like this tomorrow and hopefully I will be able to show it to y'all ....
Remember these cues are going to sell for 800.00 in this first batch to get them out on the market they will each come with two high quality shafts... When the second batch comes out you can expect a bump in the price also they most likley will not be 800.00 again ....
