Leveling

Hi guys
I bought an Olhausen Ardmore from my local dealer. They came they saw they installed.

I read that when installing on carpet they have to come back and level the table again after it compresses. The installers told me this wasn't the case. But sure enough the table isn't level balls change directions when they are moving slow in places.

My question is how level should i expect. I don't want to be a pain in the rump but I was expecting absolute perfect leveling, and I didn't get anywhere near that.

Thanks in advance

The same thing happened to me. I had an Olhausen DrakeII 8' that shifted after the initial install. I called the table mechanic that set it up and he came back out and releveled it for free. I did tip him $50 for his time. Tell them the situation and they should come and fix it for free.

Yeah I got them scheduled for fri.

Did they get your table perfect is perfect even attainable is my question really

No such thing as perfect.

Your table is limited by the quality of the materials and competency of the mechanic. If your table is new, or in used, but good condition, then a decent mechanic should be able to make it play to your satisfaction.

it's a brand new table. No such thing as perfect, ok thats what i was wondering. I wasn't sure if I should expect perfect or what

thanks

When installing my tables I dont leave the place unless the table is dead nuts. I would never have it any other way......An a re-call is fine if installed on a soft surface....
