I would consider a Woodworth sneaky, there is one on ebay and his website has several inexpensive cues that are a real decent cue...

you can get a nice production cue like a pj mezz for that kind of money, but if you're into getting a custom cue I have a guylassy pj with extended wrap you can have for 220 shipped. charcoal grey with black wrap and 13 mm sptx shaft and shaft freeze. retailed for about 400. pm me and i'll send you some pics.
