Lighting Questions...???

Hi all,

I am in the process of converting my garage into a game room and a place I can set up my GC I.

I want a really nice light for the table. Not a decorative type light, but a tournament style light.

I was considering building my own, but don't have a clue as to where to start. Size, type of fixtures, etc..

Anyone have thoughts, plans, ideas????

Where might I buy a tournament style light??

Or you can build one similar to it. Do a search for "lighting" on the forum. A couple of guys have built their own and would probably help you along. Congrats on your room and good luck with your search.

i did some searches here and some people were nice enough to help......also do a general search on the net. I ended up going with individual floodlights over my table and im very pleased. I found a website that talked about lighting and gave recommendations, i believe the minmum wattage recommended for a 9ft table was 400watts.
