This is cue #34 of 1996. It has 4 ebony points into a highly figured stained birdseye nose. The cue has 3/8 10 pin. Each point is inlayed with a ivory diamond with abalone dots above and below. The ebony buttsleeve has multiple ivory and abalone inlays. The cue is like new with no dents or dings. Two non ivory 13mm shafts with ivory ringwork. All roll straight. The cue weighs 19.4oz.
Ernie's cues are noted as perfect players.........they are very hard to come by these days.

Ernie Martinez Cue

Definitely one of the best vintages of Ernie Martinez cues.
You rarely see them for sale with the numbered pins.
There aren't that many out there and the people that own them either play with or collect them.
Incredible playing cues.

One of the nicer deals at the auction. Back when Ernie's shaft taper was better. The cue looked mint when I looked at it.

That's truly an excellent price for that particular cue. Actually on the cheap side quite frankly. those are definitely the ones collectors have always preferred. They very rarely come up for sale. And with two original shafts no less.., Even better.

The last time I saw Ernie, He mentioned that he had that taper bar back in his possession, so he is able to make those same shafts once again.
