So I have custom cue being built and I thinking about putting one of these on right from the beginning.

Are they worth it? Are these designed for one type of stick vs another (stiff vs whippy)?

If it matters my stick will be a wood to wood joint with a 3/8 10 pin.
I would like to hear from all but those especially that own one of these.

What I have never understood is that most people want cues with feedback, and seek out cue makers known for just that reputation. Feedback can tell a player a lot about whether or not the CB has been stroked correctly. A LimbSaver dampens that feedback...thus defeating the purpose.

I might understand one on the end of a break cue to reduce the jarring effect of some peoples' break stroke...like that which was found on the now defunct X-Breakers...but on the end of a playing cue just makes no sense to me. JMHO.

So this product is a waste in most instances?

I guess that this would only be helpful if you have too much vibration down the stick. But I gess that is subjective as well.
 
My Schon has one on. It was on it when I bought it. So many people have asked me about it. I have taken it off and shot with it and can't tell a bit of differene.

They are actually quite useful if you play barefoot or in flipflops. :yes:
