If you really paid $500 for just the butt thats to bad that somebody took advantage of your lack of knowledge of pool cues. The predator shaft is nice if somebody has a p2 pool cue to match it up with.Good luck

well taxi man, each production cue has differnt cues in its lines. this was the most expensive lucasi you could purchase at the time.. the butt and a lucasi shaft after tax retail was 550... yes most lucasi's are in the 300 range, however, this was at the time the best lucasi you can purchase.

What year is the cue?Thanks

Lucasi

First if you could get it brand new with a lucasi shaft for 550 and you paid 500 for just the butt? That makes no sense. Also Lucasi doesn't even have a cue for 500 right now on pooldawg. The bluebook puts resale value of the most high end Lucasi (0-12 points, 26-50 inlays) at 185 dollars in 98% condition. I think taximan was right in questioning the listing. Not trying to sound like a dick, just showing what the bluebook and pooldawg says about it. Good luck with sale.

Likewise, Pooldawg doesn't sell any $6000 Samsara's! Fact is, Lucasi makes cues priced upwards of $1149 (LHF60)...but if you do all your shopping at Pooldawg, I guess you wouldn't know that. I also don't see any $2,000 Shawn Putman's in the Bluebook...but they are out there!

First of all you claim how you don't know the model number because you can't find this cue anywhere on the internet which makes it hard for people to find the original price of the cue. When confronted about the original price, you back it up with a link which negates the above comment, stating that the cue is $500 which is BS, when in reality, it is much less, and that's for a whole cue, not just a butt.

taximan claims that you are ignorant about pool cues by being taken advantage of for paying $500 for a $300 cue, and you back that up with some complete nonsense that is called out by jmizzo.

Taxi man asks what year the cue is and you ignore him which will get you no where during a sale. That is the same thing you did to me during your Schon shaft sale which I asked several times for you to post a picture of the shaft with the date of today's newspaper. I have yet to hear back from you about that, and it has been over two weeks.

Ignoring people when it is convenient for you to do so is a display of low class. If you are going to sell something, you had better get your facts straight and you had better treat people with respect. Provide the basic info that people ask for especially if it's your own thread. That is simple and practical business ethics.

You are a new guy here which is fine by me, you have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to cues, and yet, you act like a cue expert.

jmizzo and 8ball call BS and you don't even counter their posts with the slightest bit of knowledge.

Try understanding what I told you in your window treatment thread. It was not a bash, it was something to laugh at, but you neglect the ability to recognize that I was trying to help you, so all you could do was get defensive and say, "bottom line, I don't care".

I call this thread BS, and I think your attitude is BS.

i did not know the model number at the time, and after doing more research into i provided a link to its model number and price, i didnt send you everything you wanted because your demands were un realistic asking for the shaft first.. however, i did make my sale with another azer who has had no problems.. you can say i have lack of knowledge adn thats fine, i know what i payed for the cue, i backed it up with a link and on top of that i provide a predator shaft.
