Jack Justis does not know the meaning of handle it privately. He publicly accused me of what he calls "design theft" without the courtesy of asking my side of things. He completely disregarded the 15 years we have known each other and have been cordial and friendly to each other.

In those 15 years I gave him several "heads-up" emails to warn him of copies of his cases that I had seen in Taiwan. I was the last person in the world that was going to copy his cases. He had no right to do what he did and has no right to do what he is doing.

So I agree with you that any disagreements between us would be better handled privately. Jack's method of doing that however is to demand in private not discuss. I don't resolve issues by kowtowing to bully's demands.

Like I said I dont know any of the back ground and I'm nuetral on this, I just like to see positive things happen in pool thats all, and i'm sure you and Jack have valid cases(no pun) for your feelings. I hope you both can work out your differences and wish the best to everyone, thats all.

Business is hard. And with the economy its gonna get harder thats why its more important than ever for all of us no matter what our business's are to work together before the Chinese come in and sell everything cheaper than we can make it for, just a thought.

Again i'm not piking sides here or passing judgment, i'm just using this dispute to illustraite much broader point-we as Americans have to stick together.

I dont know anything about you and if your sourcing to China etc. and if you are then thats cool we all have to do what we have to do, as frictionless as posible.

You can use 'viola', but only if you link to other members of the string family: violin, cello, etc.

John and I have decided to shake hands and do our best to be nice to each other on all forums by not comparing features on who has the best case. Each case can be judged on its own merit. Life is too long to hold grudges with one another and hopefully we both can benefit from this agreement.
