Like it says..bought one of those 2 piece cue holders for mounting on the wall. Problem is it doesnt tell me anything about heights to install. Is there a basic sugestion for height from the floor to bottum piece? And how much distance should there be beteween the bottum and top pieces of the 2 piece mounting system? Thanks for any advice.

I had one of those and just pretty much eyballed it. Install the bottom one first at a height you feel comfortable with - I think mine was about 2 or 2 1/2 feet up and then set a cue on it and see where you want to install the upper piece. You know set it to where the cue doesn't have to snap in there and mark up the shaft. This install is hard to screw up - you should be ok. JMHO

Put the butt of the cues about knee high. The top piece will go about eye level or so. Just whatever looks good.

Put enough distance between the top and bottom pieces so that the cue clears the top before the butt gets to the floor. You don't want anyone trying to bend the cue getting it out of the holder.
