Ordered a light on may 6th. I knew their lead times are long. That’s fine. I tried emailing them a week ago to get details like mounting location, power location, etc so I can have it ready when it arrives. No email response in 7 days. Called number on Facebook, not in service. Called number on website today to leave a message, mailbox is full. Called at 1045 central so I think 845 in Oregon? I’ll try again later. Anyone else have trouble reaching them?
