all i am saying is its the same few that want to always start trouble and yes i call them want to b's i have sold hundreds of these centers with no issues this doesnt mean i have to carry replacement bearing forever that fact these where engineered to be replaceble is a big plus when talking with porper he told he doest want his custmors to fix them he wants to sell another all i offered is a better part with better ideas to help the customer and yes there are several on here that all they do is complain and well they just have to much time on there hands as for retired all i will say is this year i have had health issues which i have no reson for explaining to anyone my personal life and family is just that personal i missed the us open the derby and hopkins this year for the first time in over 12 years i will still continue to make a few parts and tools in the furture health permitting it will be on a much smaller scale my original plan was to start building some cues each week and some cue parts to sell to others and then bow out of everything else i am envoled in and just do that who knows sometimes life throws you curve balls all you can do is try and go on this will be my last discussion on this matter the 2 bearings listed will both work with my centers if anyone needs to replace them, or you can order from porper a disposeable one.
Lee, I asked you how to replace the bearings in this one and, in the middle of explaining, you offered to send me out another one. I gave you my name and shipping.... I thought that was more than anyone could ask for really and I didn't expect it at all. It would have been even better had you actually made good on your promise..

Our conversation on the phone was nice and I figured maybe I had been a bit critical, but your attitude has proven me wrong.
I asked for some support on one of your simplest parts. The purpose of my call was to find out how to replace the bearings...that is it. Yah I figured I would need a press, but why not ask the maker exactly how to do it? You then offer to send me out another........ Yet never do.. Those are the facts.
I'm sorry about your health problems. I believe you referred to yourself as "semi-retired" in another thread, which was the reason for my statement. It was not meant to be sarcastic or antagonistic.
As for your personal life....YES that is personal and no one should expect you to share that if that isn't your wish. We are, however, talking about a BUSINESS transaction and I am only conveying what I have experienced.
