In that case I'm hoping Erik Hjorliefson does at least well enough to maybe get a role in Tarantino's next film.
 
I am still not seeing the Wu match update. However, Erik just won his match so maybe I will see the next set of matches in a couple of minutes.

After being ahead it looks like Wu is making a comeback:confused: It shows 9-8 now

Still no update on the Orcullo vs Souquet match which has been stuck at 9-6 in Dennis' favor for a long time now.

There is still a glimmer of hope for the Filipinos in bracket A with Dennis prevailing over Souquet by a score of 10-8 per the WPA website. BTW, the score is listed as 10-6 in the official site but I do not trust them. There was a huge delay in the updates when the score was 9-6 in Dennis' favor. I assume that Ralf was able to bring it closer to 9-8 before Dennis scored the win and this accounted for the delay.

Dennis now officially joins Marcus Chamat and Thomas Engert in the final 8,
